After School Club
Our After School Club is only available to children attending our school. Only children who have registered for After School Club will be able to attend (the Registration Form must be completed as the information contained is essential).
Session Times
After School Club will run in the school hall (with some activities on the playground - weather permitting), from 3.15pm until 5.30pm on normal school days during term times. After School Club will not be available on non-pupil days or during school holidays.
Coming into After School Club
Children will be welcomed from their classrooms and attendance will be recorded on an After School Club register, just as in school.
Behaviour
We will expect children to behave just as well at After School Club as they do in school - the same "rules" apply!
Tea
The options available on a two week menu are:-
Ham Wrap, Cheese Salad Sandwich, Pitta, Carrot Sticks & Cream Cheese, Chicken Wrap, Toast & Butter/Jam, Bread Sticks, Cucumber, Pepper & Dip, Chicken Roll, Ham Salad Sandwich, Pitta & Dip with Cherry Tomatoes, Crumpet & Grated Cheese/Butter.
In addition a biscuit, fruit pot or piece of fruit will be offered each day alongside the savoury.
Staffing
Ms K Denny and Miss L Smith will run After School Club. Depending on demand for places, additional staff will be appointed to maintain adequate adult child ratios. All staff will be subject to CRB checks in line with school policy on safeguarding children.
Charges and Payment
£10.00 per session.
Payment via School Money.
Non-payment of After School Club fees will result in a reminder letter being sent. If this reminder is not responded to within 7 days, the school reserves the right to refuse the place at After School Club until the arrears are cleared.
For children consistently picked up late (after 5.30pm) a charge of £5.00 per 15 minutes will be added to your account.
